BEST has not launched. Nothing on this site is a booking, an offer or a contract, and nothing can be charged.
These terms cover a preview build of BEST Travel. They will be replaced before the service handles a real booking.
What this site is
- A demonstration of a travel product under development.
- Accommodation listings, prices, availability and bookings are sample data.
- No contract is formed by anything you do here, and no payment can be taken.
Information accuracy
Place, weather and transport information is drawn from public sources named on each page. We take care with it but do not warrant it. Conditions in the Faroe Islands change quickly, and nothing here replaces checking with an operator before you travel.
Nothing on this site should be relied on for safety decisions in the mountains or at sea.
Third-party data
We use OpenStreetMap under ODbL and MET Norway under CC BY 4.0, along with public data from Umhvørvisstovan, Tórshavnar kommuna and Hagstova Føroya. Those licences are acknowledged wherever the data appears.
