Cancelling a booking

Go to the trip, then Get help, then Cancel a booking. Choosing the booking shows what cancelling would cost, taken from that property’s own terms, before you send anything.

If the reason is outside your control — a cancelled ferry, a closed road, a flight that did not operate — say so. We will ask the property to waive the charge. We cannot promise they will.
